How do you price your diamonds?
We price our diamonds based on factors such as carat weight, shape, color, clarity, cut quality, certification, availability, and current market pricing. Our goal is to offer high-quality diamonds at competitive prices while providing our customers with exceptional value. 💎
Do you offer different carat sizes?
Yes. We offer diamonds across a range of carat weights. If you're looking for a particular size that isn't currently listed, contact us and we'll do our best to help you find one.
Can I use a diamond I purchase for a custom ring?
Absolutely. Our loose diamonds can be used for engagement rings, wedding rings, custom jewelry, and other projects. We recommend working with a qualified jeweler for setting or mounting your diamond.

Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. All purchases are considered final sale except for eligible claims involving damage during delivery, as outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.
Can I request a specific diamond?
Absolutely. If you don't see exactly what you're looking for, contact us and tell us your preferred shape, carat, color, clarity, or budget.
We'll do our best to find a diamond that matches your specifications.
What is the return policy?
We accept refund or return requests only if the diamond or jewelry is damaged during delivery.
Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order and provide photos of the damaged item, packaging, shipping box, order number, and a description of the damage.
Once the damage is verified, Kay's Lab Diamonds will provide return instructions. The item may be inspected before a refund or replacement is approved.
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size or selection, dissatisfaction when the item matches the listed specifications, damage after delivery, or alterations/modifications performed by another jeweler.
All damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. This policy is subject to applicable consumer protection laws and regulations.
Are all diamonds IGI certified?
Yes. All diamonds offered by Kay's Lab Diamonds are IGI certified.
Each diamond's certification provides important details about its carat, color, clarity, cut, measurements, polish, symmetry, and other grading information.
When will I get my order?
Orders containing diamonds that are currently in stock typically ship within 3–5 business days.
If your diamond needs to be specially ordered from our supplier, please allow 7–10 business days.
