At Kay's Lab Diamonds, we understand that when you purchase a diamond, you want to receive it quickly, safely, and with complete transparency. Fast delivery is one of our top priorities.

💎 In-Stock Diamonds

If the diamond is currently in our possession, orders typically take 3–5 business days to process and ship.

💎 Supplier-Order Diamonds

If the diamond is not currently in our possession and needs to be obtained from one of our trusted suppliers, the order may take approximately 7–10 business days.

📦 Order Updates

We will keep you updated throughout every step of the process, from order confirmation and diamond sourcing to processing, shipment, and delivery.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package.

We place a strong emphasis on fast delivery and keeping our customers informed. Our goal is to get your diamond to you as quickly as possible while ensuring it is properly inspected, securely packaged, and safely delivered.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on supplier availability, shipping carriers, and circumstances outside our control.
